ALCATEL Mobiles in collaboration with ICE mobile network have debuted once again in ever-growing Indian mobile phone market. Their first mobile phone is named as ICE3 and was launched by hands of their newly acquired brand ambassador, hot and chic bollywood actress, Kangana Ranaut.
