Honda unveils VFR 1200F in India with Price range Rs.17.5 lac

Honda VFR 1200F launched in India with Delhi Ex-showroom Rs. 17.5lac today. This is a biggest hit by Honda to launch its VFR in India as a great sports as well with a touring combination bike. As we know the Honda show cased the VFR 1200F at International Auto Expo 2010 at Delhi earlier this year.

59th Mahindra Great Escape concludes successfully in Panvel

The 59th edition of the Mahindra Great Escape, one of India's most loved off-roading adventures, concluded successfully in Panvel, near Mumbai with over 70 vehicles from the Mahindra stable manoeuvring the challenging route. Hero Honda Passion Pro refreshed version

Audi established its first dealership in East India

Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer announced the inauguration of its new state-of-the-art showroom in Kolkata on the 10th of July, 2010. Suzuki to launch Suzuki Gladious in India

Suzuki Motorcycles, one of the best superbikes market leader, is going to introduce one other superbike in the Indian auto market, which will be known as Suzuki Gladious. The company wants to get No.1 position in the superbikes market as soon as possible and working hard to introduce various types of new superbikes in India which may get desirable response from the market. Suzuki Motorcycles has recently launched their two new massive motorcycles such as Suzuki Gsxr with 1000cc displacement and Suzuki Bandit 1250S, both superbikes are available with expensive price tag of Rs. 12.50 and Rs. 8.50 lakh respectively. The company has not yet announced the launch date and price tag of Suzuki Gladious in India. According to some news reports the new superbike model is expected to be announced by 2010 end and will be priced between Rs. 7 to 8 lakh.



The all new Suzuki Gladious is powered by 645cc, 4-Stroke, 2-Cylinder, liquid cooled, DOCH, 90 v-twin engine generating 66.6hp at 9000rpm of power and 63Nm at 7600 rpm of torque. As per the capabilities of engine, the bike can offer a respective fuel efficiency of around 20 km/l in the city. The Fuel tank capacity of Gladious is around 14.5 L. The powertrain of Gladious is incorporated with 6 speed gear box that can help to achieve top speed of up to 250 km/h.



It is speculated that the new sports tourer will hit the Indian market with White-Blue, Red and Black shades. The new Suzuki Gladious looks very aggressive and eye-catching. Suzuki has already famous for its superbikes in the auto market and all the superbikes are getting excellent response in the metro cities. Besides, many other international bike manufacturers are also ready to launch their new superbikes in India - Harley Davidson, Ducati bikes etc.

TVS Max launched silently in Indore

TVS Motor India, one of the leading two-wheeler market leader, has re-launched the all new upgraded version of TVS MAX R model which had been discontinued in 2005 due to then new Bharat Stage emission norms. The new version will be called as TVS MAX 4R and presently it is available in Indore.

Volkswagen announce the launch of its new Vento in India

World's major auto maker, Volkswagen Automobiles has launched its long awaited Volkswagen Vento in the Indian auto market on 6th July 2010. The all new Vento will be available for grabs by the last quarter of the current calendar year 2010. It has been launched in both Diesel and Petrol variants in the country. The car is comes loaded with the same engine as available in Volkswagen Polo i.e. 1.6 L petrol that produces a torque of 153 nm while the Diesel engine will have a thumping torque of 250 nm. The petrol version would be available in a 6 speed automatic transmission in addition to the 5 speed manual transmission.
